Day 1 : 15/05/2017 : Monday : India - Rome

Reportto your Respective International Airport for your onward flight to Rome - Arrive Rome. You will be assisted by our Tour Escort with all entry formalities and be met by our local representative who will transfer you to Hotel. Refresh at hotel, Later we visit St. John Lateran, one of the Church’s four major Basilicas, the ‘Scala Sancta’ (Holy Stairs) located across the street where you may climb the same steps Our Lord climbed on the way to see Pontius Pilate, and then walk down the park to ‘Santa Croce in Gerusalemme’ (Holy Cross of Jerusalem) where incredible relics can be found (fragments of the Holy Cross, one Nail, part of the inscription INRI, two thorns from the Crown of Thorns, fragments of the pillar of the scourging and of the rock of the Holy Sepulcher). We owe these beautiful relics, including the Holy Stairs, to St. Helena, the mother of Rome’s first Christian Emperor, Constantine. Then visit St. Mary Major (another Patriarchal Basilica) where we find relics of the manger from Bethlehem. Passing the Pyramid of Cestia, we arrive at St. Paul’s Outside the Walls, which we visit to see the site where the Apostle of the people was buried. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel in Rome.

Day 2 : 16/05/2017 : Tuesday : Rome

Breakfast at Hotel, after meeting our guide in Vatican City, head inside the incredible Vatican Museums. As you walk through its corridors, your guide will regale you with tales of Vatican saintliness and sin – an intriguing insight into the holiest place in the Christian world. Walk through breathtaking galleries like Raphael’s Rooms, a series of interconnecting papal chambers that showcase the artistic genius of Renaissance master Raphael and his pupils. Stop to look at mesmerizing paintings like the School of Athens, which features images of Michelangelo and Raphael himself, and hear about the rivalries that resulted in some of the most influential works of Western art ever created. Stroll through more captivating rooms including the Gallery of the Maps and Gallery of Masks, and then head inside the Sistine Chapel – the popes’ private place of worship. Besides its sacredness, the main draw of the Sistine Chapel is the incredible frescoes, created solely by Michelangelo. Gaze skyward at The Creation of Adamceiling fresco, and look to the back wall to see The Last Judgement. Finish with a walk inside St Peter’s Basilica – Italy’s largest and infinitely most spectacular church that’s built on the site of St Peter’s supposed burial place. Marvel at La Pieta, one of Michelangelo’s early sculptures, and stop to rub the foot of St Peter himself for good luck and a blessing. Your tour then finishes outside the church. Proceed for Lunch at Restaurant and Later Proceed for an Orientation tour of Rome, we stop in front of the Colosseum (photo stop only) from which point you can see the Arches of Constantine and Tito and the Temple of Venus and Rome. Move to Piazza diSpagna set off at a leisurely pace with your guide on a 2-hour walking tour. Heading to Rome's center, pass the beautiful Santa Maria del Popolo Church and hear interesting tales and legends such as how the hated Emperor Nero was buried near this church. Continue to the Spanish Steps that lead elegantly down from the church of TrinitadeiMonti before taking a break by the majestic Trevi Fountain. Continue with a stroll through Piazza Colonna, a stylish square considered by the ancient Romans as the center of the city. Then, enjoy a fantastic photo opportunity at the world-famous Pantheon, a unique historic temple with sleek marble columns. Follow your guide through bustling Piazza Navona, typified by its ornate fountains, Baroque architecture and lively sidewalk cafés. Lastly, visit Campo de Fiori, a more traditional square, where your tour ends. Dinner at Restaurant and Overnight in you Hotel in Rome.

Day 3 : 17/05/2017 : Wednesday : Vatican Papal Audience - Assisi

Breakfast at the Hotel. We proceed to St. Peters Square for Papal Audience (Subject to availability of “His Holiness”). After the Papal Audience & Blessings .After the Papal Audience & Blessings proceed to Assisi (196 Kms / 3 Hrs). Arrive and Check-in Hotel. Assisi is the land of St. Francis and St. Clare. Visit the ‘Porziuncula’ (the first Franciscan house), the place of his death and the thorn-less rose garden. Visit the Basilica of St. Francis, including the Tombs of St. Francis and his disciples. The Lower and Upper Basilicas are filled with world famous frescoes that depict the lives of Jesus and St. Francis, as well as other saints. Take a relaxed rosary walk, visiting other important sights such as the remains of St. Clare and the famous Cross of San Damiano. Dinner and Overnight at Assisi

• Visa granting is a sole discretion of the concern Embassy or Consulate. Visa fees and other expenses such as hotel booking advance, ticket advance, internal flight ticket cost, are not refundable if visa rejected. Personal interview at the concern consulate if required, candidate has to go for the interview at their own cost.
• Advance payment for registration is 75000/- Per person to be paid along with passports bearing a minimum of 06 months validity at the time of booking along with below mentioned documents.

You are responsible for meeting all health and other requirements, and for any documents required by the laws, regulation, order, and / or requirements of the Countries you will visit. Sangamam Leisure is not responsible for providing you with specific visa and Sangamam Leisure cannot accept liability for any passenger refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure of the passenger to carry correct documentation. All Passengers travelling internationally are required to have passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. It is your responsibility to verify all visa and passport.

Safety

Please aware that during your participation in tour operated by Sangamam Leisure, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to: the hazards of travelling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, automobile, aircraft, or other means of transportation; the force of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; any accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. Terminal Holy Tours will not have any liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that Sangamam Leisure will use its best effort to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

Standard Deposit & Final Payment

We accept cheque, Cash for your Travel. A non refundable, non-transferable deposit of 75000/ per land vacation per person is required for us to reserve space for you, with some limited exceptions as noted below. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by Sangamam Leisure and you receive a confirmation invoice. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if deposit is not received. If Sangamam Leisure do not receive final payment by the due date, We reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain your full deposit. We are not responsible for cancelled land or air reservation in the event payment is not received by the final payment date.

Price Policy

All tour prices are based on rates (reflecting foreign exchange rates) know at the time quotation and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. Tour price are per person, based on twin occupancy. Price is subject to increase without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

• 45- 22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of the total price.
• 21- 8 days prior to commencement of service: 50 % of the total tour price.
• 7-5 days prior to commencement of service: 80% of total tour price.
• 4 - On departure day and later: 100% of the total tour price.

Visa Processing Requires 15 working days, the cut-off date for all the required documents will be informed at-least 15 days prior

• Fixed Deposit if any with seal and signature of the bank manager.

• NOC from parents if kids participates the tour with their parents on `100 stamp paper attested by the home department
